Duration
- Total internal program duration is 4 years.
- Average external course duration is 39 months.
Management & Supervision
- Mentoring with senior managers and engineers.
- Continued monitoring throughout rotation of the various departments and work centres.
Outcomes
- Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade.
- Precision manufacturing skillset development.
- Appreciation of aerospace + defence industries.
- Familiarisation of group systems and processes.
